Delivery Within the UK

We offer one simple delivery option:

  • Standard UK Delivery – £3.99

This charge covers packing, handling, and delivery.

We aim to process all orders within 5 working days and deliver within 14 working days of accepting your order.
Delivery times may vary depending on product availability and your delivery address.

Your delivery address can be different from your billing address.

We do not ship to Jersey or Guernsey, as these locations are classed as outside of the UK.
Orders placed to these destinations will be automatically refunded within 10 working days.


Delivery Outside the UK

We do not currently deliver outside of the UK.


Delivery Enquiries & Missing Orders

You’ll receive tracking information by email once your order has been dispatched.

We work hard to deliver your order promptly, but if it appears delayed, please get in touch with our team after 14 working days of placing your order.

If an order is lost in the post, we will resend it at no additional cost.


Cancellations

If you would like to amend or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible:

If your order has already been dispatched, it may not be possible to amend or cancel it before delivery.


Returns

We hope you are completely happy with your purchase, but if not, you can return some or all of your order for a refund or replacement within 14 days of receiving it.

Once approved:

  1. Securely seal the package.
  2. Include a note with your name and order number.
  3. Address it to:

After we receive your return, we’ll process a refund or send a replacement, or contact you if more information is needed.

If you have not received confirmation within 10 working days, please contact us.


Returns for Refunds

You are entitled to a full refund within 14 days of receiving your order.
Refunds are processed within 10 working days of us receiving the returned goods and will be made using the same payment method used for your purchase.


Returns for Replacements

You may request a replacement within 14 working days of receiving your order — for example, if the item arrived damaged or in the wrong size.
Replacements are processed within 10 working days of receiving your return.

If the replacement is of a higher value, we’ll contact you for additional payment.
If it’s of a lower value, we’ll refund the difference.


Additional Terms

  • Postage and packing costs are non-refundable unless the item is damaged or faulty.
  • We reserve the right to refuse refunds or replacements on items that have been worn, laundered, used, or are not returned in resalable condition.
  • Unwanted items must be returned in their original packaging and unused.
  • Personalised items are non-refundable.
  • In certain cases (e.g. damaged goods), we may ask you to send photographs of the damage and dispose of the item rather than return it.
  • If your return involves an item such as defibrillator consumables, serial details are recorded at dispatch; discrepancies may result in rejection or additional charges to return incorrect items.

These terms do not affect your statutory rights.
